Online Return Policy

Online Returns Only!!

Same Item Exchange, We Offer Free Shipping for the Replacement Item.  Does not include Items on Sale.

Call or email to get Return Authorization, for the Original Item and place order for exchange.  We will send you an invoice with the Free Shipping.  We will refund you for the original item, when we receive it.

Our policy lasts 14 days for Full/Regular Price Items.  If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Please contact us for a RA# (return authorization) to put on outside of package.  Needs to be postmarked within 5 days of receiving RA#.

To be eligible for an Online return, your full/regular price item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached.

  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if we have a problem with the return, otherwise your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 4  days. 

For any refused packages, there is a 15% restocking fee and no refund for shipping, unless the refused package is pre-authorized. 

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are  non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the costs of items only.

Since the Buyer is responsible for return shipping, we cannot be held responsible for lost return items.  We suggest the buyer uses a trackable method or buy insurance.
